Strategic Plan 2019 – 2023

Squamish Public Library, a friendly and welcoming space for connecting and inspiring people, needed a 5-year strategic plan that was representative of the changing dynamics of library use locally and around the world. Our unique approach to this non-profit organization’s strategic plan was to engage community members through a survey and facilitate four strategic planning sessions with the board of directors and library staff.

The final result was a living document that includes descriptions of success, key strategies, priority initiatives and key performance indicators under four long-term goals.
