Project Description

In partnership between the Dovetail Consulting Group, we designed and facilitated the process to develop a five-year Strategic Plan for the Whistler Arts Council. The process included workshops with the Board and senior staff and external stakeholder engagement that included a survey as well as one-on-one interviews. The ‘plan on a page’ format provides a complete and concise snapshot of where the organization is going for the next five years.
