Creston Housing Action Plan

We partnered with Ian Scott Consulting to help the Town of Creston develop its Housing Action Plan and a (draft) Accessory Dwelling Unit Guide. The Plan provides the Town of Creston with a series of recommended actions that enable the supply of housing that is most missing in Creston – more affordable, secure, and healthy housing for low- and moderate-income residents. The project included community engagement by way of a public survey and a series of sessions with the Town of Creston’s Affordable Housing and Development Advisory Select Committee. The Committee’s level of support for each action is noted in the plan.
